Agent Booking Conditions
a. We, Star Villa Holidays, act only as an agent in respect of all bookings we take and/or make on your behalf. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any services or arrangements you purchase (“arrangements”) or for the acts or omissions of any supplier(s) or other person(s) or party(ies) connected with any arrangements. For all arrangements, your contract will be with the supplier of the arrangements.
b. Our fee for making such bookings, for providing information, advice, helping you choose your arrangements, and furnishing you with instructions, is included in the overall price.
c. The terms and conditions of the supplier(s) of your confirmed arrangements will apply to your booking. These terms and conditions may limit and/or exclude the supplier's liability to you. Copies of these conditions are available at each golf course.and in addition the following conditions apply:
Any changes in tee times should be made directly with each golf course if changes are made while your are in Portugal.
In the event of rain you must show up and tee times will be re-scheduled at the discretion of each golf course.
Changes to any tee times must be notified to Star Villa Holidays 40 days before the date of play.
An administartion fee of 12 euros per person (or the sterling equivalent) will be made for each changed booking.
Prices are quoted in euros and will be payable at the exchange rate set by the golf courses.
Golf handicap certificates are required by most golf courses.
Soft spikes are required on all courses.
All buggies and trollies to be booked direct with each golf course.
The rules and terms of each golf course shall apply.

d. If you need to amend a confirmed booking amendment charges will generally be payable at 12 euros (or the sterling equivalent) per player per change unless agreed otherwise to cover administartion charges.
E. A cancellation fee of £15 will be charged if the golf is cancelled more than 40 days prior to the play date. Cancellation less than 40 days prior to play date will not be refufundale and the full cost will be payable whether or not full payment has been paid.
F. Except where otherwise advised or stated in the booking conditions of the supplier concerned, all monies you pay to us for arrangements will be held on behalf of the supplier(s) concerned.
G. You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs. Please read your policy details on receipt and take them with you on holiday.
H. Unless you tell us otherwise, we are entitled to assume that all members of your party are British citizens who hold or will hold full British passports valid for the entire duration of the arrangements you chose to purchase. Information on visa, passport and health requirements, where given and applicable, is so given on this basis. Requirements may change and you are therefore strongly recommended to check the up to date position with the supplier of the arrangements, Passport Office, appropriate embassy or consulate or your doctor as applicable in good time before departure.
I. If you have any complaints concerning any services we provide, you must inform us straight away in writing and in any event within 28 days of the end of any arrangements booked through us. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not so notified. Our maximum liability to you if we are found to have been at fault in relation to any service we provide (as opposed to any service provided by any third party such as the car hire supplier for whom we are not responsible) is limited to the commission we have earned or are due to earn in relation to the booking in question. We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury which arises as a result of our negligence or that our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
J. If you have any complaints concerning any services you book through us, you must complain to the supplier concerned in accordance with their booking conditions. If the occasion arises we will assist you to resolve any problem, however any dispute outside our power to resolve, will be a matter between you and the supplier in question.
K. Accuracy of Prices and Brochure details
Important note: the information and prices shown on our website and elsewhere may have changed by the time you come to book your accommodation or other services. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and prices, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore ensure you check the price and all other details of your chosen accommodation or other services with us at the time of booking.
