On the 1st floor to make the most of the super views there is a very large L-shaped room. Comfortable seating, Satellite TV (free channels only), CD / Cassette / Radio players. Dining table and chairs. Patio doors open onto the upper “wrap-around” terrace which has a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. Steps lead down to the pool terrace.

Fully fitted country style kitchen with all the usual utensils and equipment including a microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a separate utility room for the maid’s use.

Large room with twin beds, fitted wardrobe. Doors open out to the small private terrace. There is a circular hall area with chairs and bookshelf. En-suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment, handbasin, bidet and loo.

All twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes. Three of the rooms have access to the pool and mature gardens.

Outside:
There is a large secluded swimming pool (approx 10m x 5m) with depths from 1m to 5m, and a ledge for standing at the deep end. Sunbathing terraces surround the pool and are equipped with sunloungers. Pool shower. Pool heating can be arranged for an extra charge. This pool area has a low wall around it and there is a large lawned garden surrouding the villa.
