Ocean Villas - A very special find !! There is nowhere to match the location of Ocean Villas with its glorious ocean-front gardens - completely re-landscaped in 2009 and greatly extended with a private path leading directly to the seashore. Ocean Villas is a luxury development of nine two and three bedroom villas and one and two bedroom apartments set around a magnificent, tropical lagoon style swimming pool. It is in an enviable position right on the sea-front on the quieter side of the charming small town of Praia da Luz. A lane separates the villas from the lawned gardens that stretch right down to the seashore. The centre of Luz with all its shops, restaurants and facilities is just a couple of minutes walk away. There is a small sandy beach very close to the villas and the main beach of Praia da Luz is on the other side of the Fort less than 5 minutes walk away. The villas are all beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped, each having their own sunbathing terraces and balconies. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Car not required.
At certain times of the year a three bedroom villa can be split into a separate one 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor and one 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor.

The two bedroom apts overlook the pool and comprise 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchens and private terraces. The one bedroom apts comprise 1 bedroom with Queen size double bed, bathroom, spacious lounge, kitchenetee and large private terraces with magnificent sea views on the first floor.

Features

Entrance:
The entrance is up a few steps to the front door which opens into a hallway.

Dining Room / Lounge:
Large open-plan room with dining table and chairs and some comfortable seating. Satellite TV. Log burning stove for winter use. Patio doors open out to the front terrace overlooking the swimming pool, outside dining furniture and sunloungers. A door leads from this room to a small inner hall with maids cupboard, which leads to the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms.

Kitchen:
A large arch separates the kitchen from the dining room. It is very well equipped and fully fitted with fridge / freezer, electric oven and hob, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all the usual cooking and eating utensils.

Bedroom Suite:
Twin beds, fitted wardrobe. Patio door out to the back terrace. Full en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning.

Swimming Pool:
Beautiful, 21 metre lagoon-style adult pool which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sunloungers. A waterfall feature connects the adult pool with the shallow childrens’ pool, both of which are heated. A separate Jacuzzi whirlpool for adults is on the terrace, as well as an outside pool shower and foot-wash. There is a grassed sunbathing area and a shady area with a large palm tree, BBQ, tables and chairs

Car Park & Gardens:
A lawned garden stretches down to the rocks and sea; there is parking either directly in front or 20 metres away.

Maid:
There is maid service twice per week. Bedlinen is changed weekly, towels twice per week.
