Entrance:
The entrance is either through the front gate and into the patio garden, or via a back door and up steps to the kitchen. From the Roman-inspired patio garden, the front door opens directly into a hallway with a tiled and marble staircase leading up to the first floor.

Lounge / Dining Room:
Huge, open-plan room, beautifully and stylishly furnished with table and chairs at one end and comfortable seating and log-burning stove at the other. Digital Satellite TV (free channels only). Patio doors open out to a part-covered upper terrace which runs the length of the room. Steps from this terrace go down to the mezzanine level pool, and then down to the lower level patio terrace and garden.

Kitchen:
To the side of the dining room is the fully-fitted, state-of-the-art kitchen. Very well equipped and complete with all the usual appliances as well as a microwave and dishwasher and washing machine. A back door goes out from down steps to the back gate of the villa.. This is very useful for taking food down to the BBQ and outdoor dining area.

Outside:
The garden is terraced throughout and has beautiful specimen planting. The heated and covered pool (6.5 metres long) is reached from both terraces. There are built in steps into the pool and overall depth is 1.5 metres. The pool terrace has a large built-in BBQ and is well equipped for both sunbathing and al-fresco dining. One of Luz’s three ancient Roman wells sits in the courtyard of the villa and a feature has been made of this by glassing it over to make the external poolside dining table.

There is limited parking outside the house on a first-come basis.

N.B.:
The villa has no curtains, instead there are electric shutters on all the windows. There is no air-conditioning, although in very hot weather we are able to provide a mobile air-con unit and fans if required. The house has a built-in music system which can be connected to some or all the rooms as required.
