Entrance:
The villa is on a cobbled driveway leading to a small set of apartments. The drive is lined with palm trees which give welcome shade to park a car. The villa is on the left of the drive and has immediate access to a small garage for one small car. On the right of the garage is a lockable wrought-iron gate which opens into the paved garden entrance to the villa where ahead is the wooden front door. Front door opens into a tiled hallway.

Lounge / Dining Room:
The marble staircase from the hall leads directly up into the main living room. This pleasant room has a dining area to one side with table and chairs for 8 and on the other side a sitting area with sofa and chairs, a satellite TV (Astra satellite with Euro News, Euro Sport, BBC World and other German and Italian channels), DVD and portable Radio / CD player. Slow burning log fire for winter use. There are French doors to the upper terrace where there is a table and chairs for outside meals and splendid views.

Kitchen:
A wide marble arch at the back of the lounge opens like a wide hatchway into the kitchen. There is also a door at the top of the stairs into the good sized kitchen which is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, a cooker with 4 gas hot plates and a gas oven, a counter-top electric oven with grill and all the usual equipment for holiday cooking.

Outside:
The lovely, long, kidney-shaped pool (approx 12m x 4m max.) has built-in steps at the shallow end. Plenty of sunbathing terrace and grass around the pool and a large hedge for privacy. There are six sunbeds. The mature garden almost encircles the villa. On one side there is an attractive shady area of grass beneath a large palm tree and on the other an area of lawn. Built-in BBQ.
