Features

Entrance:
A path leads from the iron gate, up to the double front door through the front garden. Double iron gates to the left open onto a drive which leads up the the garage which is kept locked for Owners use only, although there is plenty of parking space on the drive. The front door opens into a spacious hall.

Lounge / Dining Room:
Double glazed doors open from the hall into the very large and stylishly furnished lounge / dining room. There are two sitting areas, one with a leather suite, the other is a sunken area around the fireplace with built-in bench seating. Satellite TV (free channels only). The dining area is raised and has a dining table and chairs for 8. Patio doors open out to the pool terraces. At the far end of the lounge patio doors open into a conservatory with seating.

Kitchen:
The kitchen door is usually used as the entrance door. The door opens into a utility area with a washing machine and sink, and then into the fully fitted, white modern kitchen with marble worktops and breakfast bar. It is well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the usual utensils.

Games Room:
A door from the kitchen opens into a games room equipped with table-tennis table (bring your own bats and balls). A door from this room opens out to the outside side terrace.

Twin beds, fitted wardrobe. Patio doors open onto pool terrace. En-suite bathroom with bath with overhead shower, vanity basin, bidet and loo.

Outside:
Large swimming pool ( approx 10m x 5m) with built-in steps in the corner of the shallow end. Sunbathing terraces with lawns and shrubs surround the swimming pool and are equipped with sunloungers and outside dining furniture. In the corner of the garden by the pool there is a feature covered BBQ cabanah, with built-in BBQ, sink and bar. At the side of the villa there are outside steps leading up to the small roof terrace with distant sea views over Montinhos daLuz.

Maid:
The maid works twice per week. Bedlinen is changed weekly, towels twice per week.
