Villa Mika is a new, semi-detached villa with a private, heated pool. It is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard making it very good value for a large family or for two families travelling together. It is situated in the popular residential area of Porto do Mos. The lovely, expansive and sheltered beach of Porto do Mos is about a 5 minute walk away with a couple of really good restaurants. A few minutes in the car and you are in the historic town of Lagos, with its cobbled streets, pavement cafes and the colourful market square offering a vast range of restaurants to suit every taste. There is a bus service in the peak season from the beach and a reasonably priced taxi service in Lagos. Car essential.

Palmares Golf Course, Boavista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive. A car is not essential for healthy walkers but a comfort in the very hot weather and is recommended to take in all the sights and to go to the beaches and to explore other parts of the Algarve.

Entrance: The entrance opens into the open-plan lounge.
Lounge / Dining Room: Spacious, light and airy room with comfortable seating, satellite TV (free channels only) and DVD player. Patio doors lead out to the front of the villa and the pool area. The open-plan room has a dining area with dining table and chairs for eight people.
Kitchen: Large room, very well equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher and all the usual equipment. Back door leads to a delightful patio area with built-in BBQ and lovely covered eating area.
Games Room / Utility Room: Mini snooker table and board games. Washing machine and fridge/freezer.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe. Patio doors out to back terrace.

Outside: At the front of the villa is a sunbathing area and small pool which can be heated at an extra charge. There is a pool fence for extra child safety. To the back of the villa is the sunny BBQ terrace. This terrace is very private and completely enclosed so is very safe for small children.
Maid: Maid service is twice per week. Bedlinen and towels are changed weekly.
