Entrance:
The villa is surrounded by high walls and a security gate opens into a large driveway with gardens.

Lounge:
A magnificent room with feature arches, columns and terracotta tiles giving a Moorish feel to the room. Feature fireplace, Satellite TV (free limited channels) and DVD and stereo / CD player. Very comfortable seating. Large Patio “floor to ceiling” doors open out onto an enormous sun terrace which overlooks the pool towards the sea beyond. A spiral staircase leads down to the pool terrace.

Elegant room with modern dining suite. Patio doors to the terrace overlooking tennis court and gardens.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped and luxurious with a breakfast unit, fridge / freezer with ice dispenser, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave as well as all the usual utensils. Large pantry with washing machine and sink unit.

Master Bedroom Suite:
Spacious double bedded room with four-poster bed, fitted wardrobes and built-in safe. Large patio doors onto the front dining terrace and pool area. En-suite shower room with shower, double basin, bidet and loo.

Terraces and Gardens:
The grounds are quite extensive. To the front of the house just below the large lounge balcony, is the most romantic of Gazebos covered in Bouganvillea under which is a large oval dining table and eight chairs for outdoor meals. There is a brick BBQ on the terrace and a spiral staircase leads from this level up to the upstairs balcony for access to the kitchen. Extensive Japanese garden with stream. Children’s lawned play area with swing, slide and climbing frame.

Swimming Pool:
Superb gated swimming pool set in its own ornamental walled terrace with a pool cabanah to one side with fridge, dining table, bar and sink unit. The pool can be gas heated, (this must be paid for and requested in advance). Sunloungers around the pool. Pool shower and separate toilet. Raised sun terrace overlooks the garden and pool.

Tennis Court:
To the side of the house is a full sized private, hard tennis court. Rackets / balls are not supplied. To the other side of the house is a waterfall pond with seating area.

In all the bedrooms.

Maid:
Maid service is three times per week. Towels and bedlinen are changed weekly. Beach towels are provided.
