To the front of the villa is the attractive free-form swimming pool (approx 10m x 5m) which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. Pool heating is available for an extra charge. To the side of the villa is a BBQ area. There is a garage but it is used as a store room and is kept locked
