A gateway leads up the path to the front door. A cobbled drive with plenty of parking space leads to the back of the house where there are stairs up to the roof terrace with super sea views over the town.

Well fitted kitchen with granite worktops, built-in oven and microwave, gas hob, large fridge with freezing compartment, dishwasher and all the usual eating and cooking utensils.

Outside the kitchen door and under the outside staircase is a washing machine and a large clothes drying area.

Dining Room:
Double French doors open into dining room with large table and chairs to seat 10 people. Patio doors onto large terrace overlooking the pool terrace.

Lounge:
From the hall, down two steps into the cosy living room with built-in wood-burning stove for cooler spring and autumn evenings. Satelite TV (free channels only). Two sets of patio doors open onto the pool terrace. An open staircase leads up to another spacious open-plan sitting area. Two sets of patio doors open onto the front large upper terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Outside dining furniture and a fantastic sea view towards the beach and the Monchique hills at the back.

Twin beds with mosquito netting, fitted wardrobe. Patio doors out to the terrace overlooking swimming pool.

Bedroom 4:
Twin beds, double wardrobe. This room has a door to an outside staircase, so is very suitable for teenagers or couples arriving late and not wanting to disturb the others.

Twin beds with mosquito netting, fitted wardrobe. Window overlooking the back of the villa.

Swimming Pool:
Rectangular pool (approx 8m x 5m) with built-in steps in one corner into the shallow end, surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sunloungers. Large covered BBQ and dining area.

Maid service is three times per week. Bedlinen and towels are changed weekly.
