Features

Entrance:
The cottage is reached down the side of the main villa and in through its own private entrance gate and French doors.

Lounge / Dining Room:
The doors open directly into the prettily furnished lounge / dining room, cable TV, double sofa bed, and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen:
A marble topped breakfast bar arrangement separates the living area from the very nicely fitted kitchen; electric cooker, larder fridge and separate deep freeze, dishwasher, microwave oven, as well as all the usual kitchen equipment.

Bedroom Suite:
The large sunny double bedroom is off the lounge. No. 16 has a double bed, No. 15 has twin beds. If you would prefer one or the other, please ask at the time of booking. French windows go out to the garden. The bedroom has a walk-in dressing room/wardrobe. To the left of the bedroom is the full en-suite bathroom with bath, bidet, basin and loo.

Maid:
The maid comes twice per week. Bedlinen is changed weekly, towels twice per week. The maid will run loads of personal washing for you.

Parking:
There is shared use of a shady car port at the back for No 16, and No 15 has its own car parking space by its separate entrance. There is ample off street parking as well.
