Kaia Studio is a one bedroom, ground floor studio with a difference. It is very light and airy and decorated with a flavour of Africa. It is situated in the heart of the small town of Praia da Luz yet only 80 m from the sea and the small beach of Calheta, and within 5 minutes walk to the beautiful large sandy beach of Luz. Above the studio is the terrace of one of the best restaurants in Luz, The Dolphin. Car hire is not necessary.
Luz has a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars, plus bank, hairdressers, discotheque / club and cinema. There is a public swimming pool in Luz and tennis courts for hire at the Caribe Bar, and the Burgau Sports Centre with tennis, swimming pool and squash is only a short drive away. For horse riding there are stables at Almadena also just a short drive away. There are four golf courses within a 15 km radius. There is a fairly good bus service into Lagos, 6kms away, and inexpensive taxis are readily available from a rank in Luz just a few metres away. so car hire is not really necessary. |

The door opens directly into the studio from the road.

Large room with two single beds which can be placed together, comfortable chairs, fitted wardrobes, breakfast table and chairs. Satellite TV (free channels only). Air-conditioning. Patio doors with shutters out onto the road.

Kitchenette:
This is in an alcove and consists of a two ring hob, sink, fridge, microwave and ample cupboards.

Shower room:
Shower cubicle, vanity basin, loo and heated towel rail.

Maid:
The maid works 2 times per week. Bedlinen is changed weekly, towels twice per week.
