Entrance:
The gated driveway is surrounded by trees and has space for two cars. The is also a covered car port. Steps lead up to the rounded black and white porch. The front door leads into a high ceiling entrance hall with a winding staircase to one side leading to the bedrooms on the first floor.

Lounge / Dining Room:
From the hall, steps lead down into the spacious living room with leather sofas and armchairs, Plasma Satellite TV (free channels only) and a log burning stove for winter use. Patio doors line the front of the room and open out onto the large curved and covered terrace furnished with cushioned wicker sofa and chairs and outdoor dining furniture. This terrace has steps down to the pool. A step leads up from the lounge into the brightly lit dining area.

Very well equipped kitchen with all the usual equipment as well as dishwasher, microwave and fridge. A small pantry holds a fridge freezer and washing machine.

Master Bedroom Suite:
Ground Floor - Suite comprises a small hall leading to the master bedroom and a shower room. Double bed, fitted wardrobes with a fixed safe. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony overlooking the pool. The shower room has a shower, basin and toilet and is entered from the hall just outside the bedroom.

Outside:
The large (4.5m x 8m) swimming pool, which can be heated at an extra cost, is surrounded by a paved terrace with a BBQ area, sun loungers and small tables. A bench sits at the far end. Outside shower. Steps to the left of the terrace lead to the garden at the side of the villa and steps to the right lead to the driveway and kitchen entrance.
