Luz Bay Cottage 116 is an attractive terraced house, typical in Luz, situated right by the sea in the charming small town of Luz, only seconds walk from the lovely sandy beach. Luz has many bars, cafes and restaurants and even a discotheque / club. The Blue Flag beach offers safe bathing and all types of water sports from May to October. The cottage is typical of the Algarve with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area above to take advantage of the views. It is compact, nicely furnished and boasts lovely sea and beach views from both floors. Car not required.
The historic town of Lagos is some six minutes drive away and has a vast range of restaurants to suit every taste. Palmares Golf Course, Boavista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 25 minute drive away to the east, while Parque da Floresta Golf Course is a 20 minute drive to the west. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive. Horse riding stables are at Almadena, also just a short drive away. There is a fairly good bus service into Lagos, 6 kms away, and taxis are readily available from a rank in the village. |

Entrance:
The entrance is from the back of the house, up a few steps and the front door opens into the small kitchen. There is also a gate at the end of the front garden which leads directly to the back of the beach across the small car park.

Lounge and Dining Area:
Large and comfortably furnished lounge with an open fireplace. Radio / CD / cassette player. Full width patio doors open out to the sunny upper terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and BBQ. There is an outside stairway leading down to the walled garden and terrace below and the beach 50 metres away.

Kitchen:
Small but very well equipped kitchen with all the usual cooking equipment plus a microwave oven, fridge / freezer and washing machine.

Large spiral staircase leads down to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower floor

King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors out to the south facing terrace and small garden.
