Entrance:
The entrance is through the iron gate, down a cobbled drive. There is a garage but it is kept locked for the Owners use only. The front door opens into a large hall.

Lounge / Dining Room:
Glazed doors open into the open-plan living area which has comfortable sofas, Satellite TV (free channels only) and Video (bring your own videos). Log burning stove for cooler winter evenings. Oval dining table with 8 chairs. Patio doors open out to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, well equipped with all the usual utensils as well as a table-top dishwasher and microwave. Door leads out to the back yard, clothes drying area.

Washing machine and Dryer.

Master Bedroom Suite:
Double bed, fitted wardrobes. Patio doors out to the pool terrace. En-suite full bathroom with bath with overhead shower, marble-topped vanity basin, bidet and loo.

Twin beds, fitted wardrobes. Patio doors onto the pool terrace.

Full bathroom with bath with overhead shower, wash basin, bidet and loo.

A third bedroom is kept locked for Owners use only.

Outside:
Very private kidney-shaped swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sunloungers and outside dining furniture. Potted plants on the terrace. Built-in BBQ and a portable BBQ. Splendid views over the town of Lagos and the Bay. A small gate from the pool terrace opens onto some steps which lead down to the road.

Metered phone. A deposit of £100 payable on arrival if required.

Maid:
Maid works twice per week. Bedlinen is changed weekly, towels twice per week.
