Boa Pesca Cottages are two pretty and spacious cottage style apartments, side by side, with their own private entrances. They are attached to two privately owned, semidetached villas. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac right in the centre of Luz town, it only takes a couple of minutes to walk to all the facilities of this small town and the same down a footpath to the lovely sandy beach. A car is not necessary.

It is in an enviable position, just two rows back from the sea front and only a short stroll to the beach and all the facilities that the charming small town of Luz has to offer, including many restaurants, bars, cafes, and discotheque / club. The glorious large sandy beach has a Blue Flag and offers safe bathing and all types of watersports from May to October. The historic town of Lagos is some six minutes drive away. The villa is very spacious, comfortably furnished and decorated and has a lovely light and airy feel. There are magnificent views towards Luz Bay from the roof terrace as well as sea views over the roof tops from the upper terrace outside the lounge. As in many Algarve houses, the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living areas on the upper floor to make the most of the views. This very good value villa with its large swimming pool and its proximity to the beach is ideal for a family holiday. Car not essential but recommended.

The centre of Luz and all the facilities that the charming small town has to offer is approx 20 minutes walk. The glorious large sandy beach has a Blue Flag and offers safe bathing and all types of water sports from May to October. The historic town of Lagos is some 10 minutes drive away. Palmares Golf Course, Boavista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 25 minute drive away to the east, while Parque da Floresta Golf Course is a 20 minute drive to the west. For the children there are a variety of waterparks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive. Horse riding stables are at Almadena, also just a short drive away. Car essential.

This Waterside Apt is an excellent ground floor apartment right on the seafront in Luz Bay. The location could not be better as it is not only seconds from the glorious sandy beach which offers safe bathing and plenty of watersports from May to October. It is also convenient for all the local facilites. Luz has a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars, plus a bank, hairdressers, discotheque / club and cinema. There is a fairly good bus service into Lagos, 6 kms away, and taxis are readily available from a rank in the centre, so car hire is not really necessary.
